Scotch Potential Eligibility Cattle Checker
SPECC is an easy to use cattle checker app, which allows farmers, auction markets and abattoirs to check the Scotch potential eligibility of cattle (Scotch is the Scotch PGI brand). Simply scan the short barcode from a BCMS passport, or enter the animal’s eartag number manually and the app will return a search result.
